Payment Norms

It is important to know for the customers that we do not accept any other payment modes except online transfers. You have the leverage to select a variety of online payments on our websites such as credit or debit cards, online wallet transfers, net banking, PayPal, or Google Pay. 

Cash payments are not accepted by our customers, as there is no cash-on-delivery payment option available in our system. You can choose your desired online mode of payment to complete the transaction.

Age Guidelines

There are age confirmation guidelines that you need to agree to while buying medicines from our portal. You need to agree to the age guidelines. There is the age confirmation pop-up window where you need to tick the checkbox.

Age guidelines will make sure that all customers who are purchasing medicines from our portal are over 18 years of age. The confirmation of age is done with the help of ticking the box.

Guidelines for Refunds and Cancellations 

To receive a fund, you have the leverage to cancel your orders at any moment. Your order can be canceled just by logging into the portal. You will not have any difficulty understanding the instructions.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do it by giving a call to the customer service number. 

After offsetting all courier charges, shipping charges, customs charges, import duties, and taxes which are non-refundable, your refund value will be adjusted accordingly. 

Before you click the final confirmation button for canceling your order, your refund value will be flashed in front of you. Otherwise, when you cancel your order by phone, our representative will tell you about the amount of your refund. 

As for refunds, you have to provide us with your bank account details and other details which will help us to refund the amount through an online refund transfer method.

  • Delivery Date 

As per your location, the delivery time will be decided accordingly. If you order your medicine from the same city, you will get your ordered medicine within 48 hours. For international orders, the medicines will be delivered within 10 working days. In case of a natural calamity, you may have to wait for your ordered medicine.
